Notes

iZotope RX2 denoiser tool used to remove hiss.
Width of a Circle massively louder than rest of side two.  Recorded at lower level and grafted back in at 7:24 (before editing).
Volume boost to the intro and start of Hang On To Yourself to bring it in line.
Little bit of hiss around start of Waiting For The Man - impossible to remove.
Tape flip between This Boy and Width Of A Circle - removed cleanly.
Lot of volume fluctuations on side two.  Tidied up.
Gap removed between Waiting For The Man and White Light/White Heat, but abrupt start to latter
Fade out/in between White Light/White Heat and Suffragette City on source tape.
Some small clicks were evident in Width of a Circle, Waiting For The Man and White Light/White Heat.  Removed using Goldwave Pop/Click tool on default setting.

Notes

Inexplicable gap in crowd noise between Star and Heroes - removed with no ill effect.
Some fluttering between the channels at the start of Sorrow.  Left alone, as couldn't really hear anything.
Couple of small gaps in crowd noise after Cat People.  Removed flawlessly.
Gap between China Girl and Scary Monsters.  Removed, but clips count-in to Scary Monsters.  Coincident with tape flip.

Two small gaps in crowd noise after Space Oddity.  Removed flawlessly.
Drop-out in crowd noise between Young Americans and TVC15.  Left alone, but clips the start of TVC15.
Two gaps in TVC 15 removed: one @ 1:49, the other @ 2:32.  First has minimal impact, second seems to lose a couple of seconds.

Tape flip between Fame and Stay (encore break).  Fade out is on the source.
Cut, with volume drop, in crowd noise between Stay and The Jean Genie is on the source and has been left alone.

Gap removed @ 3:57 in Loving The Alien - couple of seconds missing
Another gap removed @ 3:07 in Fashion - couple of seconds missing

Tape flip after Fashion, of which the ending is cut.
No sign of Scary Monsters (if played) on the source tape and the lion's share of All The Madmen is also missing.
Cut between Chant Of The Ever Circling Skeletal Family and 87 & Cry.  Minimal loss of music, and used as the opportunity to split discs.

Cut at 3:30 in Young Americans.  Some music lost, fade-out/in
Tape split during Let's Dance - seamless, but required slight speed adjustment before the split.
End of Let's Dance, dancer intros.  Needed some editing, as taper was speaking into the mic to do level tests.
Interruptions continue into start of Fame, part of which had to be removed.

Sound quality deteriorates for the encores (distorted, static interferenced) on source tape
Sector boundary errors resolved using TLH.

iZotope RX2 denoiser tool used to remove hiss.
Volume reshaping throughout (particularly on Detroit tracks - some of which probably came from the "Chicago" tape)
Running too fast, speed adjustment @ 94%

Repair to start of Diamond Dogs, which had been appended to the end of The Jean Genie, in turn at the end of side 1 of the tape.
Break during Rock'n'Roll Suicide @ 2:47.  Fade-out/fade-in, but left rather than repaired.

Sundry fades for joins.
Sector boundary errors resolved using TLH.

Although it could fit a 90-minute disc, deliberately kept as two discs to reflect the original format
