Eric Clapton 1973-01-13 Rainbow Theatre London, England(1st and 2nd show Remastered by Captain Acid)

i was not happy with any version of this gig, so i remastered it. I worked on Empress Valley (Supreme Disc) EV-SD 1998.

Layla on second show was not complete so i patched it with audience recording ( which was running on wrong speed, i have fixed it ). Introduction for second show is also from audience recording, everything else is soundboard.

I fixed phase issue, levels and did EQ. As usual, no noise reduction, compression or limiting were used.

  1. This is it!!! That's the way EC's Rainbow Concert should have been released, well at least one complete concert!!! Is that asking too much????!!! At least we're still on time to send it to show them how is must be a real decent historical concert of one of the most admire and beloved musician in the world for the 50th anniversary. Does anybody agree :)
