I find the audio to be very fine without an upgrade. The video is clear but it has periods of shakiness and obstruction. It was an outside venue and the the filmer was standing off to the left of the stage.

"This is the second of my Masters Series these are those of my retired friend but others may follow. It will be a long series if we do them all. The originals were shot in 3 formats: VHS-E30s, Super VHS, and DV I am transferring the DVs first. All will be HQ mode so apologies that this creates extra discs but I am determined to preserve the quality as far as possible. I am sorting tapes as I go they will not be in any particular order, and please don't request specific shows, this is a huge project which will be best tackled methodically. Finally a word of thanks is owed to my generous friend for supplying them and my other very helpful friends who have aided in locating cameras and things and now left therby making all the work (and tapes!) possible."
