This was the first show of the "Nordic Power Metal Titans" -tour, going through nine cities in Finland.
The bill was Arion / Stratovarius / Sonata Arctica.

Kajaani is a rather small city almost in the exact epicentre of Finland, and you don't see too many bands stopping there.
Usually I would not travel this much for a single concert (Kajaani is almost 500km away from home) but it happens
that my son is studying there, and when I saw that this tour is stopping there it was a no-brainer to travel.

I really loved Stratovarius' setlist, as they had included a lot of my old-time favourites such as Forever Free,
Will The Sun Rise?, Eternity and Distant Skies.

There is a short PA outage during Will The Sun Rise (maybe 10 seconds or so), most probably the band didn't
even notice as they kept on going at it.

All in all I think Stratovarius was definitely the best of all three tonight.
