FROM SURE LOW GEN SOURCE
to me, IMHO, sounds like a radio broadcast recorded on cassette..and maybe this is around the 3rd or 4th gen copy. IMO
soundquality is AMAZING.
especially if you compare it with the prevoius versions out there..who sounded like a 10th gen tape..
this is probably the best source you will hear until the master (pre-fm=??=?) will show up
songs are :

1977 Going for the One Tour
Wembley Arena

The date 7-7-7 marked the 30th anniversary of the release of Going For The One, reuniting the "Classic Yes Line-up," so I thought it would be fun to seed the shows I have in my collection on or near the dates of their 30th anniversaries.
Audience recordings by Mick Dillingham and Steve Darton
Lineage: master tape (unknown gear) -> 24 bit/48 kHz WAV -> Sound Forge -> 16 bit/44.1 kHz WAV -> FLAC
Art created brilliantly by Jamie Lockhead
Tapes transferred professionally by Joey
Mastered eclectically by TheTooleMan, 2005
This collection is dedicated to the memory of my son, Danny Toole, who saw his first Yes concert at age 10, and afterward met Steve Howe and shook hands with Jon Anderson. Danny passed away on October 21 at the age of 20, as the result of an accidental fall. He touched many lives with his brilliance during his short time on Earth. His true potential was only beginning to be realized. Danny forever enriched the lives of his mother, his brother Eric, and me. He will remain in our hearts forever.
NOTE: the front jewel case art, when properly arranged, creates a large-scale work.

The band was unfortunately plagued by technical difficulties for most of the evening.
There was an onstage hum and feedback from the guitar throughout the show that the
roadie and Emilio tried to sort out but failed. Just when they thought they had
resolved the issue Nick was furious as his keyboards cut out!
Other melodies from a John Carpenter film score and Bohemian Rhapsody were included as
short snippets. I'll See The Light Tonight was on the setlist but was not played.
A loose lead caused a dropout in one channel during Rising Force, from 0:58 to 2:39 and
fleetingly during Top Down, Foot Down but I have patched the other channel over to fill
the gaps.
Please do not sell this recording but share freely and enjoy it!
Any comments are welcome.

Former UFO guitarist Paul Chapman was the newly hired replacement for Duane Rolland(RIP), who had recently passed away.
Riff West(RIP) had prior commitments, and Steve was a two-show temporary replacement.
This gig was a benefit concert for three recently slain Pittsburgh police officers. The policemen were killed in the line of duty, as the result of a single shooting event. During a ceremony before the gig, Gator Country donated a $1000 check to a fund that was established for the surviving families. There were troopers and police officers and their families all over the place, and their local supporters made up a large part of the audience.
Given this context, it might not have been a good idea to perform "Bounty Hunter" on this night. At least not with the original lyrics, which occur right before the guitar solos. So about one minute into the first song, which turned out to be the aforementioned tune, I began to wonder if the band had even thought about this. And "that verse" is coming up...at least supposed to be coming up.
So I'm filming on the stage right beside the band, and I start looking for signs of mutual concern. I am looking at the band members, looking at the tour manager, and I am seeing no indication of panic. "Whew", I think, "They must have talked about this in advance", I tell myself. Then, the time arrives, and out Jimmy roars... "DID YOU KNOW FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLARS WILL GET YOUR HEAD BLOWED OFF...IT WILL!! HA HA HA!".
OMFG!!!! No!!!!!!!!!!
After it quickly sunk in what had just taken place, I noticed that I wasn't the only one onstage profusely sweating....and not from the heat! Fortunately, all of the worst-case scenarios that brewed in our heads the next few minutes never actually materialized, and it turned out to be a really good show.

Production Notes:
The 1st gen tapes for the alternate audio were transfered on a modified Sony 701ES cassette deck unidirectionally and recorded at 24bit / 96khz resolution via a Terratec 6Fire audio processor. All remastering was done at the 32bit level for additional clarity before the final mixdown to 16bit / 44.1 khz for the CD Audio. No hiss or noise reduction was used in the audio mastering process.
