Pepper" was. Paul joins John for "Goodbye To Kenny Everett", John proposes "Tiny Tim For President", George says hello, Paul does Tiny, Ringo sings "Goodbye Kenny" and John and Paul do a jazzy "Strawberry Fields Forever".

| I received the original 16-track edition of this CD-R issue from its originator in a snail-mail trade in 1999. I remastered it then, and replaced a couple of tracks with upgraded sources, and added two bonus tracks. At some point, I must have traded it to someone else, because it's this edition that was pirated and issued circa 2005 with fake Great Dane artwork as The Complete BBC Sessions, Disc Fourteen. For the record, this was neither a Silent Sea disc, nor a Secret Trax disc. Its original label was Digital Banana, although it's not indicated on the artwork, and its catalogue number was DB-001. |

| This is the oldest RMW catalogue item ever posted, and it has never been posted before. Prior to sending it in, I had a listen, and found it necessary to slow down Tracks 3 and 13, as John and then George sounded like they were on helium, and Tracks 7 and 10 were slowed down by two cents to match the keyboard. Best thing about this CD is the complete Kenny Everett interview from which "Cottonfields" was extracted many times 'way back when. It was sourced from vinyl, and all clicks and thumps were removed. It's exceptionally clean. |
