After all is said and done, everything clicked.
Dave got his voice back and got it under control for the most part. Eddie got his health back and got fired up (literary so at hot, sweaty night). Alex got his mojo back and beat the shit out of our eardrums. Wolfgang got his self-confidence back and sung with Dave in such sweet sweet harmony. Truly thumbs up for everyone involved in this production of the show, the sound and lighting crew did a marvelous job. This is the best Van Halen show Ifve ever seen. Honestly I believe that this is the night to remember and recall.
Recorded from the sweet sound spot in the center block with a Schoeps MK4s and Nbox combo. We are fully satisfied with the quality of the sound and performances on this recording. We nailed three shows; Nagoya, Osaka1st and Osaka 2nd, Sound and performance wise, this is the best in my humble opinion.
