Notes: The rain turned the site muddy, and a lightning storm appeared in the area mid-set and the crowd was restless, tossing things onto the stage."Talkin' Loud and Saying Nothin' is dedicated to Jessie Helms, Tipper Gore and the PMRC by Glover. The stage ends up being a trash can of sorts as lemon peels, money and shoes end up on stage. "We are going to have a rummage sale after the show," quipped Skillings. This is the last known audio with Skillins who would leave the band after these Lollapalooza shows....onto the the "Stain"  and Wimbish era....
