I am leaving the text file below as reference to the original files. The changes made here are:

Downsampling from 24/96 to 16/44
Speed correction (this ran 4% too fast)
The Musta Got Lost intro was put on one index (below it is listed as Banter and Banter cont.)
First I Look At the Purse has its ending cut (I did not do this, but this was not noted below)
Normalized the files (the banter sections were weaker in the right channel, but I did not move up those sections)
Volume levels were not changed since one track was already at the dB peak

Thanks to Wes Meyette for sharing this with us originally. It is nice to have the whole show rather than just the Sanctuary tracks.
