Volume reprofiling required on Warszawa and Heroes.
Two tiny gaps @ 3.7 and 4.3 seconds in Warszawa removed cleanly.
Pauses between virtually all songs with applause removed - fade-out/in.
Tiny gap in crowd noise after Be My Wife (2:42) - removed, reasonably clean.
Inappropriate pause catches the false ending in The Jean Genie - removed with fades.
Two gaps in Blackout @ 52 seconds.  First removed with no impact, second leaves a tiny jump.
Two extra pauses at the end of Breaking Glass (one during the false finish) - both crowd noise, removed cleanly.
Tape flip catches the end of Fame - fade-out/in to join (and tiny gap immediately after join, removed cleanly).
Two little gaps in Five Years @ 2:32 - removed cleanly.
Sector boundary errors resolved using TLH.

Another nasty speed snatch at 3:01 in Panic In Detroit - removed, odd beat missed, but hard to spot.
Nasty crackle @ 3:15 in Panic In Detroit excised.
Gap @ 45 seconds in Changes - removed with fades.
Repeated section in Changes (1:12) removed seamlessly.
Speed surge in Diamond Dogs @ 4:30.  Let's Dance repair with a five second sample from earlier chorus; and remainder of Diamond Dogs, Rebel Rebel and The Jean Genie then speed corrected (again) with a factor of 96%.
Small gap in The Jean Genie @ 1:15 - removed with fades.
Static mess and dodgy fade in The Jean Genie between 4:12 and 4:28 - removed with fades.
Tiny blip removed @ 4:54 in The Jean Genie.
Sector boundary errors tidied with TLH.
