This is the famous “bottle incident” show.  In a nutshell, Sebastian Bach decides to go on a patriotic tirade against former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega before “Piece of Me.” During his rant, a fan threw something at him that struck him in the head, prompting a profanity-laced outburst at the fan ending with Bach asking the fan if he wanted a “piece of me.”  As the song starts, Bach throws something (allegedly a bottle) back into the crowd, striking a 17-year-old girl in the face and breaking her nose.  A bit later during the song, Bach decides now is a good time to jump into the crowd and start a fight with some fans, which included him allegedly kicking a 21-year-old man in the face.  After the show ended, local police arrested Bach and, according to news accounts, charged him with assault and mayhem.  He was eventually placed on probation and ordered to pay a fine.  http://www.masslive.com/localbuzz/index.ssf/2009/03/who_killed_springfield_nightli.html.
