Excellent AUD recording

Here's a really nice-sounding R.E.M. show that I've had for over 20 years. A friend back at the time copied his vinyl version onto a cassette for me...some recent research on my part tells me that this is apparently taken from the "Can't Get There From Here" boot. I suspect this is an audience recording, but upon inspection of the WAV files in a wave editor, I wouldn't be surprised if it were really sourced from an FM broadcast using ambient audience mics since the vocals are pretty clear and the audience sounds somewhat distant as in many FM broadcasts.
Anyway, as you can see below, it's a really nice mid-1980s R.E.M. setlist which includes some songs that weren't played very often ("Green Grow The Rushes", "Good Advices"), some choice covers ("Have You Ever Seen The Rain?", "Toys In The Attic", "Radar Love") and some setlist rarities ("What's New Pussycat?", "Burning Hell", "John The Revelator"). Good times...
