Show Notes:
What's not to like about a hometown Memphis show from Lucero?

How about a weekend that started on Friday with setting a new low temperature record at the Memphis airport by 4F (new record: 36F, old record 40F).

It was cold, it was wet, it was windy.

So take that all into account before listening, though all things considered, it's not as bad as Gary Clark Jr. was 2 hours earlier, or The Black Crowes later at the same stage (Crowes: torrented, GCJr yet to be...all were filmed as well).

These guys were fun, and they've played the ski resort Alyeska for at least one if not two 3 night stands (about 40 miles south of Anchorage). A nice 70 minute (or so) next-to-headliner set (The Black Crowes were the final act on this stage this night).

Buy Dennis a shot of whiskey. He's the uploading machine! Plus, based on how much these guys drank onstage, it's probably necessary to comprehend where exactly they were coming from.

Or something like that...

Keep checking in, you never know what may drop next...

---ballsdeep OUT!!!

Mastering Notes:
Minor wind noise in places between songs and during quiet spots.

  1. This is the best "unknown" band you've ever not heard of. After this post you'll be searching for anything they've ever done.
