Review from Bobs Boots:
This 2 CD-r commercial release includes a professionally
produced booklet and inserts. The cover and paper CD labels
feature a powerful (or disturbing... depending on your point of view)
overhead view of the crucifiction.
The bonus tracks are taken from a show in Denver on the
22nd of January, and are taken from a 'soundboard source'
(according to legend, a visiting sound engineer just happened upon
he concert by chance, and managed to somehow connect his equipment
to the soundboard). Unfortunately, the recording features only a
section of the middle of the show; and two of the available songs
on the tape Slow Train and Saving Grace are so badly edited, that
they have been left off the release. Most previously circulating
copies of the tape have run at the wrong speed, but this version
has been corrected.

I did notice some errors. I'm assuming they're on the source cdr.
This is taken from the Doberman release and not a cdr copy. Disc One
Track 2 4:15 and Disc One Track 8 at 0:25. I might have missed others.
