The reason I wanted to do this over is because generally its less than ideal to reduce the contribution from the strong channel in order to balance with the weaker channel.

As jamroom noted, the left channel had more than 5db volume than the right.  I balanced the output by increasing the gain and using the PEQ to increase the low end and some mid-highs of the right channel.  I rolled off the very upper end of this channel slightly to offset the related hiss increase.

Somebody burning a CDR along the way forgot to uncheck the box that defaults to 2 second gaps.  Also, it seems apparent that someone along the way normalized to 100% since the left channel was often at 100% without going over. I removed the 2 second gaps and sometimes decreased the gain in the left channel less than 1db to give me a little head room.

On "War Pigs" there is a significant drop down in the left channel for over a minute.  I used the right channel to replace this segment and adjusted the gain and PEQ to try and match the stereo segment on either side as close as possible.

I made some level/gain adjustments throughout as at times the level in one or both channels seemed to vary slightly.

I also broke up the Sabbra Cadabra and Megalomania related tracks as I think 16m and 11m tracks of this kind can sometimes be a pain when navigating.

As jamroom notes there are a couple of tape cuts, but no missing music and all have been smoothed over. Tomorrow's Dream and Sweet Leaf where Ozzy's song intro is missing and one at the end of Iron Man as it goes into the jam and another before Paranoid starts.  

Perhaps the taper is settling in since I can still hear some slight level fluctuations until midway thru track 02.
No big surprise that this show sounds best at loud levels.
