When I first put disc 1 in, I realized after a few seconds of listening that something was very wrong.  I actually stopped listening to it until I could analyze it in Adobe Audition.  When I opened the files in AA 2.0, I clicked on the "spectral phase display" which confirmed what I had heard:  the left and right channels were out of phase on disc 1.  I reversed the phase of one channel and listened again.  This time, everything sounded pretty good, though the sound was basically mono.  I then added some ambience with the reverb fuction and expanded the soundstage with the stereo expander function.  Now the first and second disc sound fairly similar in terms of soundstage.

I contemplated uploading this version, but then I noticed there were some other shortcomings on both discs that I corrected such as:  lots of clicks, thumps, level changes, drop-outs, feedback, etc.  I didn't do any broadband equalization because I thought it sounded pretty good in that regard.  If the second disc met your needs, you can just download disc 1.

The overall playing time might be slightly shorter as I totally cut the thumps rather than repair them as they occured in applause portions of the show.  I left in the intro to "City of Love" where it sounds like Trevor is doing a cover of "Metal Machine Music" by Lou Reed (and whoever thought that Yes and Lou Reed would be used in the same sentence).

You may notice that I refer to this version as "restored" rather than "remastered."  Personally, I feel that the term "remastered" should describe a recording that had no serious flaws and has just been tweaked here and there while "restored" describes a recording that had audible noise that was not intended to be present (unlike Metal Machine Music!).
