This was released by a friend of mine shortly after the concert. He lived in
Brussels at that time and i asked him to record this gig i know it was gonna be
broadcasted. So he recorded it from the StudioBrussel but they cut out the
broadcast at the end of Champagne Supernova. Some days later a complete recording
from PureFM radio station surfaced at some torrent tracker i dont remember now,
but my friend's recording sounded slightly better, so we decided to do this mix
to get the most out of it. -gbc

FA Release notes
-----------------
In order to promote their new album, Oasis allowed at a lot of venues local radio's to air the tonight's gig. For some obscure reason, but alledgedly because Liam thought his voice was horrible (and it is!) they refused to let go the scheduled live broadcast. After the gig though, the band came back on its decision. Studio Brussel broadcasted just an hour of the concert at 11pm, cutting out the end of Champagne supernova and the three encores.
A second source, the Pure FM broadcast, has also been aired right after the gig, and is complete. But this second source had nasty radio calls during some songs intro's. The incomplete StuBru source hadn't interuption or overdub, except the intermission btween tracks 6 and 7 that has been cut out. I found the soundbopurd mix of the StuBru broadcast also superior to the Pure FM source, which had mor prominent bass and drums and sloppy vocals.

So based on the StuBru source, I patched the missing bits from the Pure FM source, and edited out the radio call just before "My generation". Patches are thus:
- the intro and the first two verses of "Turn up the sun" (I was too late for the recording, mind they were 3 hours too late and I wasn't expecting the broadcast anymore);
- the intermission between  "cigarettes & alcohol";
- the last four songs.

If you listen very attentively, you'll hear the difference between the two source mixes, but I did my best to make the transitions as smooth as possible.

Note about the show:
This is complete, but the set is obviously shorter than at other venues. Liam didn't feel good that night, and his voice is just screwed up (cigarettes and alcohol, huh?). Sometimes he doesn't bother to articulate. Still, the music is there and the rock was at the appointment. Not the best show of the season, but still something nice to get hold of if you are an Oasis fan. Besides, the sound quality is excellent.

Enjoy!
