This show was originally scheduled for March 2019, but unfortunately Mike had a Heart incident just before the tour, and pushed it out a year. Yep, covid cancelled the 2nd and 3rd tries a year after that. Then comes March 2022, where the show was cancelled day of due to some of the band catching covid. Luckily, they rescheduled this time for May and the show finally happened, but with a replacement on drums - Stan Lynch, making this show somewhat of a Heartbreakers reunion!
It's a great blend of old Tom Petty stuff, and their new tunes - which especially with Stan playing remind me of the earlier slightly punky Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers records. Mike has come full circle
