I'm gonna add a couple of better quality Mats shows this weekend to the recent spurt of Replacements torrents that have cropped up on DIME in the past weeks.   Not perfect by any means, but check out the samples in the comments section.  Good show for Tommy actually.  I always felt that as the band grew he got lazier as a bass player, but these early radio broadcasts, soundboards and the Twin Tone site video show that the kid could really play.  Oh and if you're wondering "what Twin Tone site video" you're only missing out on the definitive document of the early Replacements.
