26^nd June 1978: Greensboro, North Carolina, Coliseum

For this show I found 3 versions coming from the same incomplete source (“Let It Rock” and “All Down The Line” are missing on all of them).

They all seem to come from a vinyl rip.

The first version corresponds to “Southern Quotations” (no label), the sound is slightly saturated.

The 2^nd version has more vinyl noises and runs 3,5% slower than the 1st version.

The 3^rd version (APP Records) comes from CrazyMama (thanks a lot!). It runs 2,51% faster than ‘Southern Quotations’. The sound is slightly saturated and HTW was shortened to only 2’30.

Two songs (‘Happy’ and ‘Shattered’) appear as bonuses on the Pignose Record (DigiPig 025) ‘Let Them Burn Your Town’ and on the vinyl rip uploaded by Wiredallnight at IORR (‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’).

My favorite version is the 2^nd, ,even if I have to delete the noises coming from the vinyl as this is the most complete and the sound is not so saturated.

A comparison with the official recording shows that this recording has to be accelerated by +4,5%

It is now de-clicked, balanced and phase adjusted. I reworked the transitions so that now the tracks start with the songs.

“Satisfaction Guaranteed”coming from the vinyl rip uploaded by Wiredallnight at IORR contains . 2 tracks from the Buffalo show. This version is way better than the Pignose version: I decided to added them as bonuses here (after a deceleration by -1,6%).

I tested different merges but they were not interesting because of the saturation of the other versions, except for 3 of them that I present here as bonuses :

Source #2 is on the left channel and source #3 is on the right channel.

at 5’ I compensated a half a second gap from source #3

14 - Sweet Little Sixteen
