- DAT from the Dutch Masters Archives
- Transfer: DAT played on Sony DTC-790 deck -> S/PDIF cable -> Terratec
  Aureon 5.1 soundcard -> Adobe Audition -> WAV -> CDWave -> WAV -> FLAC
- Mastering done in Adobe Audition; fixed some levels, fixed some tape speed
  errors (tape ran fast on d2t10-12), converted to 44.1kHz.
- Known flaws: the taper had some problems setting up his gear during the
  first song, which causes distortion until the 2:41 mark. After that the
  quality picks up and it's great. Don't Be Denied cuts in due to a tape
  flip, the first song after the intermission, Pocahontas, cuts in as well.
- There's also some occasional audience banter, some more in the second
  half than in the first.
- Level fixes: d1t01, d2t06, d2t08
- Tape speed fixed: d2t10/d2t11: -0.5 semitone; d2t12: -2.0 semitone
