My second time seeing The Strypes live and they were just as good if not better than the last time.

They delivered an amazing set with some new tunes.

This recording is far from perfect - a loose connection in my rig means there is some slight static
whenever some brushes past me, its not too bad and only happens once or twice but it's there.

The PA in the room gets a tad overloaded at times too so the vocals get a tad distorted - the sound
man was standing right in front of me and was completely disinterested. He just walked away from the
desk at one stage and was nowhere to be seen for at least 15 minutes.

All that aside it's a pretty clear, upfront recording.

The kid you hear singing toward the end of You Can't Judge A Book is my son - Ross handed him the mic.
It was his second time seeing them too and he was delighted with himself.

For the old fashioned amongst us who still burn to disc I'd suggest splitting after Cruel Brunette.
