Notes:
With my health issues keeping me from attending shows for the last couple of months, we
should all extend a big thanks to fellow tapers Farve4 and dt4eva for picking up some of
the slack.  This is Farve4's excellent recording from the Wolf Den at Mohegan Sun (except
the soundcheck, which is taken from dt4eva's source).  This is a pretty stunning recording,
made in a room that is not exactly known for its great acoustics or house mix.  Yes, it's
always plenty loud in the Wolf Den for metal shows, but the mix from the board has a
tendency to suck the rhythm guitar out of any rock band's sound, leaving you with a more
poppy, vocal-heavy mix.  This recording had that vocal-heavy house sound, along with a
surprising amount of bass and mid-bass bloat, which is not at all common in this room.
Taming some of that excessive bass bloat with mild EQ seems to have done the trick, however,
brining some of the rhythm guitar back up front where it belongs.  Some phase correction
was also employed, as the right channel was favored quite a bit on the recording.  Some
excellent photos taken at the actual show are included.

Feel free to trade this recording in the existing FLAC file format (BUT PLEASE INCLUDE
THIS INFO FILE WITH ALL COPIES).  Do not under any circumstances re-post this recording
in any lossy format, or offer it for sale in any context.
